Review by Karen deBlieck

Yes, I’m a wretch. Yes, I’ve been saved. Yet most days I’m still pretty lost, and horribly blind. My life is supposed to be different—somehow better than it is now. But it isn’t. Something’s gone wrong.

Such is the heart wrenching cry in Unstuck, written by Arnie Cole and Michael Ross from Back to the Bible. Although the average Christian knows they are supposed to read the Bible regularly, only twenty-five percent of tweens and forty percent of teens, young adults and adults turn to the Bible for spiritual growth or daily direction. This readable and relatable book is filled with real life stories from all walks of life. It takes the reader through a forty-five day journey to a closer relationship with God through regular engagement with the Bible.

A highlight of this book is the online component they offer free of charge. This includes printable resources for small groups, churches and the reader. There is also an innovative program called gotandem which helps you refocus on God throughout the day.

I highly recommend this book for those who feel stuck and want to know God deeper. More information about the book can be found at unstuck.gotandem.com. Or check out other biblical resources at www.backtothebible.com.
